Gandhinagar Navratri 2016 : Gandhinagar Garba 2016
Navratri is a nine days festival dedicated to Goddess Durga. Navratri is a Sanskrit word which literally means nine nights. During these nine nights and ten days, Goddess Durga is worshipped in 9 different forms, known as Navdurga. The tenth day is celebrated as Vijayadashami when idols of Goddess Durga are immersed into the water body.
During Navratri, the capital city of Gujarat becomes colorful with full of lightings and traditional dresses surrounds. As such people waiting for sun set and youth boost to get ready for night and there are tradition all around in the city. Roads cover up with variety of people to make the festival alive in the city.
All Sectors of the city is organizing sheri garba for the local residential with Gabbar made by young kids to worship Maa Ambe. People used to start their garba with aarti of Maa. These nine days of Navaratri is festival of Shakti is important for all cast of Hindu. These festival brings youth back to religious from their fast life. All young girl and boys get prepare before months ago to celebrate this festival. Gandhinagar is having verity of people together.
